"Player Editable" is New PbP Default Setting

With the migration to the new version of the forum software, our old policy of disallowing PbP players from editing their own posts as the default actually takes more effort to implement now. So, the new default is to let them edit their posts (which most GMs ended up requesting eventually, anyway) ... if you'd like your forum changed to No Edit for players, please let us know.
