Salvete, Sodales!

Sorry for interrupting, but I thought I should put my lurking into your saga to some use, and I think that JeanMichelle miscalculated:

JeanMichelle wrote:xp available (Gauntlet): educated, well-traveled: 100xp + early childhood 45xp + childhood 30xp + apprenticeship 240xp = 415xp

The character is 23 years old at character creation - that should make for 3 years of childhood: 5 years (early childhood)+3 years (childhood) + +15 years (apprenticeship)=23 years.

have fun with your stories,

I edited the draft of Carolinus (on page 6 of this thread) to reflect two years past Gauntlet.

... and a shield grog. I based him on "The Standard Soldier" from page 22 of Arm5. I figured he came with Carolinus from his home covenant in the Greater Alps, and has helped temper the magus' impulsive nature during their travels.

Fist: Init -1, Attack +7, Defense +7, Damage +1
Soak: +8 (full metal scale armor)
Fatigue Levels: OK, 0, -1, -3, -5, Unconscious
Wound Penalties: -1 (1-5), -3 (6-10), -5 (11-15), Incapacitated (16-20)

:) No problem. That's why I pretty much pulled him from the book.

I was going to look at Carolinus one more time this weekend. Any suggestions? If there are no changes should I move him and the grog to the finished characters thread?

Thanks.
