OOC: just noticed we have casting tablets for the Aegis and the Wizard's Vigil, so we can also use that if we lack time. Arthur, the Aegis tablet has any built-in penetration? What about the vis type?

OOC: For the Aegis, assume full penetration (+25), so a casting target of 50. Vis type is Vim. For Vigil, no penetration. I'll update the library when I have the time.
