At some point in the summer, Talia will work a ritual for another ship, the Atta Buoy. ((CT=Cr 13+3+He(Te) 10+ Focus 10 + Sta 2 + Artes Liberales 2+Method Caster 3 + Die 3=46.)) She'll move the Whoa Buoy into more or less permanent moorage at Inusla Canaria. She'll transfer the anchor and sails and boat over to the Atta Buoy.
