I think Fiona needs a Confidence Point because she not only vastly expanded her social capabilities, but she learned enough confidence in herself to successfully transform herself using the magic infused in her in the Magic Realm (i.e. she took the Vis experience and bought Venus' Blessing with it by way of Alips's, and Praxiteles's to a degree, coaxing, coaching, whatever).

And she would put her 5 xp in Charm.
