In general, Loys probably gets Mentemed once every two months over the past year (maybe less frequently before that - unsure). Now that you mention it, Tranquillina should cast Perception of the Conflicting Motives on him now, while she's being paranoid. And I guess Choiniere too. Each time with Shroud Magic first, and each time silently and without gestures. As in my previous post, her Casting Total is 12 + stress die for the level 15 Shroud Magic; it's Sta -3 + In 6 + Me 10 + Mastery 2 - words/gestures 5 (mitigated by Mastery) + aura 5 + stress die = 15 + stress die for the level 15 Perception of the Conflicting Motives. So the only question is whether the Shrouds fatigue her. Here are the rolls; the Loys Shroud did fatigue her.
