Wanting to contribute to this I sat down and worked out one spell each for the mentem and imaginem art combinations. That was easy, but getting to a keyboard with sufficient time to type them has been a much larger challenge.
Rector's Explicit Description
CrIm 5
R: Touch, D: Ring, T: Ind.
The caster traces a ring and within that ring an image effecting up to two senses is created. This image persists until the ring is broken. Since this is intended as a spontaneous spell defining which two senses is unnecessary. This spell is frequently used by magi training their apprentices.

A pair of complementary spells suggested themselves from the level 1 intellego Imaginem guideline "Memorize or perfect your memory about an image you have encountered."
Noting Details for Later Perusal
InIm 3
R: Touch, D: Conc., T: Circle

At the time that the caster cast the spell and for as long afterwards as the caster concentrates, they will form exacting memories of their observations of objects that were in the circle at the time of casting. This will allow the caster to later return to their memories and examine them again. A caster who places a book within a circle, casts this spell, and then pages through the book will have formed memories suffent to allow him or her to read the book from their memories at a later time (provideing that they can magically augment the quality of their memory).
