(Acutus has 0 Mentem and 3 Parma, so his MR is 15)
Acutus shrugs, "Honestly, I don't really have much of an opinion; I don't really get into politics much, and as long as nobody bothers me, I'm a live and let live kind of guy. As for Andorra, I haven't really spend much time at the Covenant proper. My sanctum is actually not within the confines of the covenant or it's Aegis; I am one of the Sa Dragonera magi."
To make this quicker, anyone with a MR vs Mentem less than 25 (which is almost everyone) is carried away by their strongest natural emotions. Roberto clutching the rosary was a red herring, carrying symbols of his faith are part of his magic resistance which comes out to exactly 25 versus Mentem.
(not quite sure how I missed this the first time, but editing my reply now to make up for it.)
Guiverna starts caressing Acutus's fingers in a very suggestive manner as she looks him over with a playful smile and moves up against him. [color=red]"Your muscles...just...huge.
"Sa Dragonera...that's Andorra's chapter house, isn't it? Something like what we proposed as an option tonight. Even if nothing gets decided, or doesn't go our way, I would love to come see your layout, see what Sa Dragonera's like.
"I have an idea. The others are going to bicker and argue about politics all night. I have better ideas for how to spend our time. Why don't we go back to my quarters and we can see if we can...hammer something out."
?
He didn't take anyone out of the room. He resisted magic but was still feeing the effects of the first spell/power. He went out to get fresh air and clear his head, and to telll the elder magi that something strange is happpening.
Um...
suspend disbelief! I don't want to yet reveal all the detais
My bad
This doppleganger effect is starting to confuse me too!
Blod Robert takes you to the art & sculpture gallery. The fabled collection of Bellaquin exceeds expectations! It is still in the same building, so the emotion effect is still active. But the first effect dissipates. Initially he looked like our Roberto but different hair color. Now you realize there is no resemblance at all. But you might not pay too much attention, for Rober (French pronounciation) is going to show you how to have fun even while inconvienenced by the monthly visitor
For aid in distinction, Robert will be called Blondie from now on, and Roberto is now El Chingon
Keep in mind that the most defining trait of Vulcanus is that he is an arrogant @$$#0!e.
[color=red]Why are you surprised? I have no idea who you are and you know nothing of me. And what could we possibly have in common to compare notes on?
Guiverna guides him as best she can (her lips are rather busy en route). They soon find themselves at a door (not marked with a Sanctum Marker), which Guiverna fumbles open. Through the door is a luxuriously furnished sitting room with a desk, a couple of chairs, and a table. One wall features an archway; down the hall Acutus may see a door that is Sanctum marked. Another wall (opposite the archway) has several inset shelves with various urns, flasks, and boxes.
The final wall has a half-open door, which is where Guiverna guides Acutus. In the bedroom is a giant pearly-green snake coiled up on top of an otherwise luxurious bed, with several fur blankets, satin pillows, four posts and a canopy.
Wait...snake?
The snake uncoils and raises its head, looking at the two. It hisses at them. Guiverna hisses back. This goes to and fro, in something that looks suspiciously like a conversation for a minute or two before the snake slithers off the bed and out the open window.
Guiverna asks to be let down. Once she's on her feet, she faces Acutus and quickly sheds her dress before she takes his hands, spins into him, wraps his arms around her, and lets his hands wander where they may for a while (nothing about her body feels illusory). It doesn't take long for her to get him undressed and onto the bed, where she very enthusiastically enjoys his company for a good long while.
Fleur takes Robert's head in her hands "I don't have the monthly visitor, not right now, it is just that the spell I use for birth control is on hiatus, so I will get it later this month. I hope. Lets try to make sure that happens." she firmly places his head where it is able to do what she is looking forward to, and twists herself around to return the favor.
Solomon furrows his brow, "A magical effect do you think? That is concerning." He turns to Carmen, "This will have to wait, I don't like the idea of magical effects being forced upon our magi. If one of their covenant is doing this, their will be serious consequences."
With that, he limps quickly back inside (MR 40 versus Mentem) and casts Sight of the Sigil to attempt to discern what magic is active and causing the effects Roberto mentioned.

Invisible Castle still down, so need someone else to roll for me.
18 (In) + 18 (Vi) + 2 (Sta) + x (Aura) + y (die roll) = 38 + x + y (spell has casting total of 50) and I'll throw in a confidence point if necessary.
