Most others provide something she can't install (additional specs in Ig, Im), Warp the Lab, and in general do not appear to be in the purview of the Neo Mercurians to be able to provide. Are manors available? This brings Sandor's total to 38, so he would try and acquire 3 manors. It's about time he married, too, use his newfound Fame and glory to find a suitable heiress. He will ask Lady A to get the best match possible.

Yes, for plausibility sake 2 of the manors come with a widow that Roger "gives" you to marry from a fallen compatriot, the third one was captured this year. The widow was arranged with her previous husband as well, whom she was younger than, and he was still leading armies himself, so she is 18 and has developed abilities like charm, intrigue, French, Greek, German, and so forth. I expect she will remain a background character rather than fleshed out.
Mercurio will politely refrain from trying to seduce Sandor's bride. He is surrounded by beautiful faerie women, and Sandor's one of his best friends, also WAY bigger than him.

Andros prefers #1 for Winter, both Gloriana and Danaë are concentrating their efforts in other activities for the year, so would rather not go. What say raccoonmask and Quite Possibly a Cat?
Oliverius doesn't have a strong opinion, as he is not participating. Neleos will agree that Winter is certainly best for Aurthor, if anyone bothers to ask him. Mercurio is glad to put Winter towards it, because it won't interrupt his long-term seduction of the faerie magi.
