Bane of the Decrepit Body - timing

I just recieved a question that I'd like some advice on.

A maga uses Bane of the Decrepit Body (PeCo 25, ArM5, p. 133) to age a person beyond 35.
When do you roll the relevant aging rolls?

At the top of my head, I'd say right away, as part of the combat round if necessary.
But is this correct? Should you technically wait until the winter season?

With multicasting, it could potentially be quite a few years suddently dumped on some poor blighter.

I would say immediately, with modifiers appropriate to where the spell was cast. For example, if in a normal village, then no modifier. In a typical summer covenant, +1 or +2 (depending on the target).
