Boni-snatching an apprentice: nature vs. nuture

When you take the book on its face, and it suggests that masters only spend a few seasons to pass on a Hermetic virtue or two, it suggests whoever passes on more Virtues is a really good teacher, or a number of Hermetic flaws come along with it. From a play perspective, there needs to be a discussion of what virtues are innate and what virtues will be imparted by the master. Also the timing of the innate virtues need to be set so that they don't interfere with imparting the virtues from the master...
