Character Development

Hi,

Yes.

I'm not sure whether to submit my next 10 years and assume that what I have is approved, or to wait.

Anyway,

Ken

I am sure Caelarch is very busy updating on our PMs and stuff, so let's give him a chance to catch up

Yes! I never expected running an online game to absorb as much energy as running a live one. Its just a constant low level activity versus sporadic high intensity bursts.

Plus I went away last weekend, which cut into my prep time. I'm staying put this weekend and should have good posts by sunday.

Ken, let me take a look at your submission before you go on, so that if there are changes they can be made more easily.

With litte effort you learn that there is not much in the way of those two Arts in even the larger library. These are just two arts that were never closely studied here. Seeing that they are your main interest, the council encourages you to seek out books in trade. In the meantime, they offer to hand over the entire Mentem library to you(which currently consists of a L14 Q12 Summa and two tractatus Q7 and Q11). You would need to house the books in your tower, as they are currently locked in a chest in the main library. However, they cannot be stored in your sactum. In additional, since the council is generally lacking in Mentem, they would like you to design a spell or item which would allow them to subtly glean information about the turb and covenfolk. At a minimum they would like a "heads up" to any brewing trouble, the ability to locate disloyal minions, or the ability to learn what grogs may know but be unwilling to share. However, the spell or effect must be subtle and discriminatory- since it could come to effect a Redcap, mere forceless casting is not enough. They will let you be creative and will provide up to 7p of mentem vis, but they will be very displeased if the effect is not useful.

Hi,

grin I had a feeling you'd say that!

Anyway,

Ken

Caelarch, looking good, hoping to hear about the changes I made to Aurelia

I need to buy Mentem and Imaginem bboksfor some of my Vis too, but will wait a few years

So let me recap, cause it's been some time:

1- Adventures give 10 xp.

2- Adventures give 2 Warping Points (1 for adventures posted before the rule was created).

3- 1p of Abstract Vis is gained every year.

Is that correct?
