(OOC: I believe we had assumed a basic charter based on the Arae Flaviae charter that is in the appendix of the Covenants book.)

The covenant charter will have a few required variations:

1. the covenant will lay claim to any lands it has improved not previously claimed by any other power for which they have not received compensation for their labor.
2. where it indicates that all magi must keep to the oath of hermes it will have been edited to indicate "the revised oath of hermes"
3. the covenant will pledge to protect the magi and any family they have in residence .
