Hi Everyone,
I'm going to be doing a saga (this is my 7th one) that is far more non canon than usual. I've decided to create a huge Order of Hermes in 1220 by redoing the history so that the schism war never happened.
What I've been having some difficulty tracking down though, are the changes that happened to the Peripheral Code due to the War. The one big change I can find is that the Quaesitors got far more investigative power, but how much?
Any ideas/ books and page #'s would be extremely helpful.
