I am going to concentrate on working through the errata thread for a couple of days, because I am way, way behind. This means that I will not be contributing to the discussion on the other threads I have started, although I may start some new ones. Once I have caught up with the straightforward errata, I will look at the not-straightforward ones again.
Please do continue the discussions in other threads; I am only posting this so that people know why I am not contributing.
