Creatures with might forced into the Aegis

I'd say no.
What's not clear to me is if the mouse is lost at the beginning of the jump, or just outside the Aegis.
At a second thought, this is a more general question: if the Aegis resists a teleportation effect, does it prevent the teleport entirely or does the teleporter end up just outside the Aegis?

The mouse would be left at the point of origin (the boots do not penetrate his resistance)
You do not initiate the teleport if the Aegis resists you. If you came flying you would "hit" the aegis at high speed, but for teleport it is a "yes/no" case.

Oh right, I was forgetting the boots could not penetrate the mouse's resistance.

I don't think it would come up ever, unless they were stolen. Take a few buckets of ash for the ritual, each speck of ash becomes a token, each magus carries a pouch of ash, rub some on your guest as needed. If you want to get near sacrilegious, you could rub a cross on the forehead of your guests.
