this character has improved characteristics once but has 13 points in characteristics
he also appears to be 20 points over on abilities
I just checked and I took care of the extra ability points (music and survival got downgraded from 2 to 1) but I think your math on the characteristics is off. I'm at 10, if my math's correct, which should be just right for only taking improved characteristics once.
