We were recently informed that the email provider we use for the forums is going from "free up to a certain # of emails" to "pay-per-email for everything." This is the service we use to forward forum notices to you and let you follow threads via email, so it's pretty important for usability. We evaluated the price change for a month, and realized that with the last year's bump in Patreon backers, their support will actually cover the increase!
