Where in Rome? Is he attached t a covenant? Do you want the payers to run into him in Pisa or elsewhere?
I don't want to run into any specific player-character. He is not attached to any covenant. He starts out stealing super-natural stuff for his fay master: relics, magic items, vis. I will do my best as a player to keep him free from a covenant, expecting other players to do their best to capture him and make him an apprentice or some other tool for their benefit.
