Hermes Portal Issue 12 - Politics and Conflict article

There was a wonderful article by Alexander White published in Hermes Portal Issue 12 in 2004 called "Politics and Conflict: Strategy and Tactics." It has to do with the theory and application of political power within the Order of Hermes. I highly recommend it.

Within the article, the author states:

At least three other articles will follow this one. The next article “A Troubled Union” is a sample story revolving around factional conflict within a Tribunal. It aims to be generic enough to fit almost any circumstance and saga. “Systems of Conflict” details a system that allows for conflict and warfare between factions and covenants. Then the fourth installment, “Power and Peril”, will present a number of seasonal political activities for the ambitious Hermetic politician

Unfortunately, the last three issues of Hermes Portal did not contain the promised articles and then it ceased publication.

Does anyone know if these articles ever got published in any form?

They have not shown up in Sub Rosa, but I might see if I can coax Alex back to the keyboard. He's pretty busy working in the political realm these days.
