I'm about to start a saga in the Hibernia Tribunal with some RL friends and we've decided that we'd like to found a new Covenant with the Shattered Eye of Balor from Loch Na Sul as its cathach.
How would you design its powers ?
I would like it to have some non-hermetic power, rather than the obvious thematically appropriate Ignem or Perdo effects usually associated with the Baleful Eye of Balor.
