Healthy Feature: The covenant a fresh breeze from the sea, a healing well, of some other feature that increases the life expectancy of its people markedly. Inhabitants with access to this feature have a +1 bonus on their aging rolls. This Boon may be taken up to three times. It is a source for the Healthy Location bonus given on the Aging Table in ArM5, page 170.

If you take Healthy feature ONCE, then its +1, take it TWICE and its +2, take it THRICE and its +3.
The AM5 rules is a simpler version which Covenants expands upon. So Covenants overrides AM5 whenever you use it.
