Like, does it make sense to have Magic animals with body parts from other animals, or animated items with faces, or is that sort of stuff usually reserved for the more storybook-like Faeries? I mean, on the one hand, dragons, but on the other hand most everything else in the RoP:M book seems to follow a very clear chain of events from mundane thing to Magic thing, and faces on swords or wings on cats doesn't really follow too much of that logic. What do you guys think?
I think I like the idea of a Magic Chimera, and I see no reason to let the books stop me from having one.
There is an illustration in RoPM of a winged cat, and the only limit should be the style of the saga. The books support the concept imo.
