Now, in looking over the numbers, I can see that one of the best things we could do right now to cut costs is to hire a few laborers - shepherds, fishermen, farmers, something like that. If we hire just a few Laborers, we should drop our expenses by about a few pounds a year. That might not seem like much. But every bit helps. After the first few, the returns diminish quickly. But even 5-8 Laborers could make a great difference.

I calculate maximum return at 4 laborers at this point. That can easily be handled as an off rotation position for Paphos laborers who work in the aura at other points.
Some food based specialists would also be useful.
