Dont forget though that its not allcovering, but for southern/western Europe(France and nearby is clearly the focus) it seems unusually accurate(if slightly mixing of regions at times).

well, i think it's normal that it's at least a little accurate it's coming from the BNF : the french national library.
they have other medieval topic covered but they're not in english.
