Medieval gastronomy

Some of you may find this of interest :

expositions.bnf.fr/gastro/enimag ... /index.htm

My Magus, Safran of Merinita is a fine cook and i was searching for information

Great find.

Dont forget though that its not allcovering, but for southern/western Europe(France and nearby is clearly the focus) it seems unusually accurate(if slightly mixing of regions at times).

Really excellent.

well, i think it's normal that it's at least a little accurate it's coming from the BNF : the french national library.
they have other medieval topic covered but they're not in english.

[EDIT]

You can find other topics here :

expositions.bnf.fr/usindex.htm

I actually didnt check what the website address meant.

Yeah i guess you can expect some degree of accuracy from such an institution.
