Well it looks like a narrow majority wants to keep the "Project:" in Project: Redcap, and an overwhelming majority wants to keep the name "Redcap."
The poll is still open for a couple of weeks but I think I'm safe in concluding there will not be a major name change.
Just an update on the merger process: I am going to do one more update of the current Project: Redcap site at http://www.redcap.org to remind the world it's not dead. Our team (meaning, Pitt Murmann) is writing a software update for hermesweb.ekkaia.org and when that is done and tested we will merge.
In a little while I'll announce a contest asking people to design a new banner!
