a quest takes a minimum of a season. I don't see a connection between loose magic and perception of flows... disfigurement stigmata would work, though it feels a bit like trying to not think this through...

yes, but perceiving the flow doesn't increase the flow, and if anything would make it more managable.. however I think short attention span would fit...
the past life xp will relate to the worthless abilities, time wise this does not seem to require much of the mystagogue, and is a criamon mystery, so it probably entails more convincing the mystagogue of your worthiness than anything, and being first station this should be a trivial task, so there is no functional barrier in terms of seasons or resources for this initiation.
next avenue is the avenue of the ever changing self- this gets an automatic +6 from the prior ordeal, what else do you see as being part of the mystical approach to this station?
