Perdo Vim to dispel effects revisited

Okay, so I know this is a me problem, but I'm having trouble understanding this, having read both the RAW about this and some of the older posts.

Dispel effects of a specific type with a level less than or equal to the level + 4 magnitudes of the Vim spell + a stress die (no botch). Note: This is in the definitive edition and does not say "level + 4 magnitudes of the Vim spell base", it says "of the Vim spell."

If the Vim spell is 20 (Base 10 +2 (Voice), this tells me that (even rolling a zero) it should dispel a form specific effect of up to level 40.

However, Unravelling the Fabric of (Form) (also in the definitive edition) seems to include the +2 voice because it says:

This spell will cancel the effects of any one spell of a specified Form whose level is less than or equal to (spell level +10 + stress die (no botch)).
Which implies that it's the base. According to this, a version of Unravelling the Fabric of (Form) at level 20 would dispel up to a level 30 effect (assuming rolling a 0 on the roll).

A base 10 touch range spell, which is level 15, should then also dispel a level 30 effect?

A base 3 (+2 voice), so level 5, should dispel a level 15 effect?

You'd think they'd have cleared this up a bit better for the "Definitive Edition."

The RTD is not included in figuring out what can or cannot be dispelled. Never has been. All the General spells that are a "Level + # Mags" have always worked this way and continue to do so in Definitive Edition.

You have to be careful at looking at older sources because sometimes they include some degree of RTD already calculated.
