Please don't respond to spam - it only makes more people see the topic as new, and tempts them to read it as a topic with actual discussion - so the evil message is seen again and again, which is their whole purpose in posting!
Better is to report the new message to the AG webmaster, or simply to ignore it on the assumption that those who are especially spikey about spam, and who regularly check for new occurrences, will already have reported it to Wendy!
