I made one revision to Ra'am, something I'd had in mind for the original concept of him, and that's the Restriction. I took away the Necessary Condition as that it was unwieldly and I couldn't find a good fit.
I did like the idea that he could be "grounded."
I'm done tinkering with him, too.
