despite the players actually saying last session that romance was not a thing of interest, the Bonisagus player was, towards the end of the session making comments about what a good marriage prospect she'd be as the sole heir to an Imperial-immediate barony, and it seems that the mage is spending so much time with her with such intent...

Which goes to prove the old adage that players have no idea what they want when asked, they only know if they like something once presented with it! So it seems you could take some baby steps towards developing a more personal plot regarding them, right?
