Why does Silence of the Smothered Sound include a "+1 for changing image" modifier?
Taste of the Dulled Tongue "Hides the taste of any substance, liquid or solid" but does not include this modifier.
Presumably the taste of a substance does not change, but the sounds made by a living being (and most inanimate objects) do.
