This doesn´t reduce the Magic Might Score and only affect the Magic beings. If she loses all her Might Pool, she loses all his constants active powers and she couldn't use none of them, the 0 cost included until she regains her pool.
This spell was designed to affect against the Spirit Votaries and others similar magical users, and this spell can be made agains others Realms.
