Yep they do, they don't use the goetic arts officially (wink, wink) but can be taught it in their tradition. See the infernal taint sidebar on p96 of Societas.
According to that sidebar the original Goetic magics were not evil but tainted because they were associating with the underworld. I try in my games to destinguish between the tainted and demonic in Infernal, as various types of supernatuals creatures can push themselves across the line, like Ghul genies going from magical to infernal, wheras those who follow the word of God became associated with faerie.
I give an element of tolerance for infernal creatures and practitioners who don;t serve hell. especially ghosts and other undead.
