Spirits Healing Might

Somewhere I read something about some spirits healing their Might, assuming they weren't destroyed. I don't remember the specifics and really want to read through that paragraph again. Does anyone know where that paragraph is? (Maybe it's two paragraphs.)

only rules I can remember on that subject were in RoP:M

I should have been more specific. I think it was prior to RoP:M, though I might be wrong on that. These spirits, if they weren't destroyed, healed their Might (score, not pool) over a day.

Perhaps you are thinking about ghosts, and the book you are thinking about is Calebais?
