It is 1808 miles between the airport in Ibiza and the one in Cairo. The distance from Heracleion to Ibiza is a tad shorter than that. But let us go with 1808. At an estimated speed of 30mph, it will take 97 hours of flight time to get there. That's four days non-stop. But yeah, I would expect a few rest stops for bathroom breaks and meals and grabbing a nap here or there. So give it a week maybe? You can stop in Crete, Sicily, Sardinia, or etcetera.
Even if flying, you can't do it in a straight line, having no GPS or even anything approcahing a modern map, so you're mostly reduced to use the same landmarks as a ship, following the coast, only faster, higher and safer.
Even then, you can't fly 24/24, as Johan needs to rest, eat, and just can't spend all the day steering the ship.

Despite his wound, the warrior reacts swiftly, the fear of death bolstering his reflexes. He tries, as the first guard did, to stop the giant shark by interposing his trident.
Still, he is too weakened by now, and Acutus jaws too fierce: With an horrible ripping sound, the great sharp breaks the trident in two, swallowing one arm in the process for an additionnal Heavy wound.
Screaming, the brute recoild, staggering, before dropping to the ground, his blood floating in the water*.
This is too much for his comrades, way too much, and they begin to flee towards the palace.
Oh, and Acutus feels an effect tingle on his parma, too. It's a brave citizen who, havent deserted the streets before the carnage, tries to work the same kind of mojo that was used before to "soothe" him.
Having moved the princess to the corridor, Lucas waits for Roberto and Wirth to come out and clear the way. Getting out of the palace, and soon, is their highest priority.
If you think you've escaped my wrath, think again. You will pay for interfering with my affairs!!
Wirth looks at him, turns, and just leaves the cell.
Small OOC spoiler
(I did a design mistake, which is perfect, since it aligns perfectly with our antagonist's overconfidence having him do that error: I wanted to, but forgot to give him a T: Room offensive spell. Or else, he'd have nucked wirth and roberto with vis. He realizes it now, which is why he's furious)
Roberto likewise ignores the ranting phantasm and just leaves the cell.
Figure we should just drop the disguises? The jig is up anyway. Maybe we should go transparent.
The plan is to head for the nearest exit.

Works for me
Once outside, you can cast in a safe enough environment, no problem here.
Lucas, how do you retrace your way? It just occurs to me that, on the way to the cell, everyone followed Wirth's sense of smell, but now, you're on your own, and no one, including Wirth, though about this.
This'll also be a problem for Wirth and Roberto, although I figure wirth might be able to retrace the path you left.
Too panicked to notice the giant shark until it's too late, the barbarian's defense is minimal.
Sadly for him, it ain't enough by far. Acutus seize him in his mouth, jagged teeth plunging into flesh, ribs breaking as twigs. Blood floods through your mouth, feeding your frenzy. And when you spit him to the ground, almost cut in two by your jaw, he doesn't move.
(Yeah, there's a 0 somewhere. 3 down, 6 to go, Acutus is tearing through them like they were nothing)
Once out in the corridor and a little way away from the cell, Lucas whispers for the benefit of the princess. "We'll stick with Roberto until we get to the surface. After that, we'll make a break for it."
Lucas is sticking with Roberto and Wirth until they get out into the open - at least until there's a fight.
As for getting back, I hadn't realized it was a maze of corridors. I'd rather envisioned it as being one long corridor with cells on either side. My mistake.
One possible way is for them to simply remember the turnings. (Were there really that many?) These are smart people after all who have learned how to memorize vast amounts of information. People in medieval times had developed their memories much more than we do today.
I don't think that is true at all.
But anyway, Roberto drops the disguise, takes a bit of cloth and sets it aside. He turns invisible, then ties the red cloth onto his left arm. So for now, if someone is looking for the cloth, they can find him and follow him. The cloth is easilly discarded as well.
The dungeons use a natural cave complex, which was made into a maze over time. It ain't very complicated, but it ain't simple either.
Once you've joinded Wirth and Roberto, and explained your problem, Wirth changes back (again, spont without fatigue).
Follow me.
...
And, after a slight hesitation, retracing your steps, he leads you flawlessly back to the first guard room*, before reassuming his normal form.
There, he casts a "Doublet of Impenetrable Silk", a sun-duration "Hide from the Prying Eyes", before readying himself with a "Calm Mind of Resolute Behavior" effect.
Roberto, calls his disembodied voice. The fleeing guards must have warned Attumah. How do you want to play this?

Roberto is visible.
Exit the palace as quickly as we can. Out in the open, our herald free to deliver, you and I will play it by ear. Regroup with Acutus and with the ship and get the **** out of here.
If it comes to a face off with Attumah, which is a distinct probability, we engage him only as long as we have to. By all means, take the opportunity for a quick kill if it presents itself. If and when we do engage him, hit him with everything. You distract him with spell attacks and I'll engage him directly.
But making sure the Herald is Free to Deliver is our utmost priority.
Hmmmm....
I have an idea for a trick. Where are you? And you? Lean close. Closer.Even morewhispershisperwhisperI'll stay visible, undisguised, with all my normal defenses. You and you and you stay invisible. As I come across anyone, I will state my challenge. "I shall meet Attuma in the main square and face him in single combat." If they stand down, I keep going. If they confront, you guys cast spells and I will fight or cast or whatever. We keep going. Sweetheart, I have been treating you like a glass doll. I am sorry. That time is over. You are the queen now. So, you are invisible, and if you get the chance to club or stab anyone in our way, you do it. We keep going, we march on. We get together as a whole group, and see this out together.
Is it seeing the fate of his peers that makes this one stop and think a little? Is he more brave than the others?
As Acutus races towards his, he stops running, and tries to stand his ground.
Yet, Acutus is too fast, his jaws too fierce, and, despite one good attempt at getting in the way, the brute is severely wounded, his blood fueling Acutus frenzy. His counterattack, which would have hurt the great shark otherwise, proves ineffectual, and he staggers backward, being only stopped by one of the city's walls.
Yet, his example inspires his last 5 comrades, who, one by one, stop fleeing and try to form a defensive perimeter
The shark is killing us. We do not flee, we kill it, together!
Since the situation changed significatively, if you choose to attack them, you'll have to roll initiative again.
They are not expert soldiers, though, and count as an untrained group.
(Pushing forward)
Once ready, and Wirth having cast his "Dreadful Presence" spell on Roberto, you climb up the final staircase, roberto bravely going first.
As you reach the top of the stairs, you see that the dungeon door is wide open, and that a mix of castle guard and barbarians are waiting for you to go out.
Bravely, Roberto doesn't break a step and reaches the floor. Cautious, but not fearful, the warriors close down on him, weapons raised, a little surprised that a single man would face them alone and unafraid.
"I shall meet Attuma in the main square and face him in single combat." declares Roberto, unfazed.
And, surprisingly, it works! Is it his personal charisma*? Is it the news of the slaughter in the cells? Or were they instructed as such? Begrudgingly, barbarians and palace guards recoil, leaving a path for Roberto to take.
As you walk, they circle around you, a strange mix between an honor guard and a prisoner being escorted.
1d10=9 + Pre 1 + Leadership 4 + Dreadful Presence 3 = 17... Damn you Roberto!
vs 1d10=2 + 7 for great numbers (I used the Arts table) + Sta + Brave = not enough. I didn't add a further bonus because it was nullified by the survivor's tales, which confirms the knowledge the city guards have of Roberto's power
Attumah went back with about few men and women, the rest being still searching for you outside the city. Acutus managed to hold 9 back when the call went out. You slayed or greviously wounded about as much in the cells. So you face all the forces he could muster, which is about 30 people.
As the crowd parts Lucas, one hand firmly holding the princess' hand, unfurls the carpet and whispers the command word, counting on Roberto's bluster and the sounds of the crowd to drown it out. Then he carefully helps the princess onto it and climbs on himself, ready to make his escape over the heads of the crowd.

If Roberto hasn't given Lucas the command word, get it via the game of telephone.
The guards escort you outside of the palace, although this time, you're going through the grand entrace, passing through the huge palace doors.
Wait. Doom is coming. says a barbarian.
This leaves ample time for Lucas to roll out the carpet, and get it up.
Hum... I hadn't thought about it, but Lucas may have to discreetly cast his Cloak of Invisibility on the Carpet: While, still rolled and held close to his body, it is covered by his own spell, unrolled and under them is a different matter. Due to the situation, the roll is stressed.
Wirth will stay with Roberto.
Word has been getting out, and civilians are quickly converging on the place, hurling insults at Roberto, saying that their lord will kill him. With their sick-looking appearance, this makes for a grim sight.
Um, in 1235 Lucas does not know Cloak of Invisibility. He learns it pretty quickly thereafter. But, alas, not by 1235. Wirth cast it on Lucas, I think. Minor snag.

Horus, tell Cidito we have a problem. When I unfurl the carpet it's going to be visible. I don't know a spell to make it invisible. Wirth and Roberto were handling that part. We should have thought of that before we left.
