Travel from south normandy to Coeris?

HI sodales,

Companions will have to transport a cart with material from the south normandy (nearby the city of Limoges and LeCité), to the covenant of Coeris.

What are the possible roads (feet or seas, if it is possible to go there using a boat for a part of the road)?

Do you have access to City and Guild? Some of the major roads are shown, along with travel times.
