Page 106 explicitly says that an Up Check difficulty is 5, but the example combat gives conflicting information. First it says the dificulty is 5, then later implies that it's 7 ("You roll a Swerve of -1. That gives you a result of 4, 3 less than you needed. You keel over."). Also, the GM screen says the difficulty is 7. I checked the errata web page, but could find no clarfication.
