I'm assuming Jeor is going to continue pinning the thing down.
The creature tries again to break free of Jeo's all-encompassing paw. It's Attack Roll is 9 + die roll of 9. Jeor's Defense Roll doesn't botch. (And, really, that's what it's going to take for it to get out is either it roll something heinous or Jeor to botch.)
Halie casts Demon's Eternal Oblivion again, with +1 for the Faerie Aura. It goes off without a hitch.
And the creature explodes in a cloud of very dark anti-sparkly bits, with a blood-chilling cackling scream.
Glowan gasps as he heard the struggle and the laughter but could see only vague shapes at best...perhaps he's thankful he didn't see anything.
"By Jesu! What in the name of the Saints was that?"
Nevin will take the opportunity to change back into human form (he should be able to, but I can't roll for him right now) and tap Glowan on the shoulder.
"Oy!" he whispers. "It's Nevin, did ye grab my clothes and effects?"
The demon is pretty well dusted, but Halie does find a chunk of flesh, about the size of a fingertip (i.e. the end of the finger from the first knuckle out).
Mu 5 + An 10 + Sta 3 + Faerie Aura 1 + die roll of 7 = 26. Per 3 + Hunt 4 + Choleric Heartbeast Bonus 3 + die roll of 5 = 15. There aren't any more matching tracks. There are tracks leading from the trail to here, and vice versa, but none that appear to come from somewhere else to here.
She picks up the little bit of flesh and sponts a Momentary version of The Whole From The Part (InCo15) to determine whether it's the demon's flesh, or part of its last meal. 18In+5Co+3Stam+9=35/2=17.5, sufficient for the spell.
Halie grumbles. "Well, I don't suspect there are any others of these vicious little bastards. If you find any more bodies, please notify me. And please do not harm any sea eagles, brown bears, gyrfalcons, otters, or beavers you come across."

Nevin is finished getting dressed. "M'lady, can ye produce some light if ye please?" Once fully dressed he puts on his sword belt. "Do I want to know what that thing was? And yes...we shall definitely tell ye if we should see something like this again, or if anyone else should die to it. We thank ye most kindly." he gives Glowan an elbow into the ribs.
"Ow! Oh...yes, we thank ye most kindly." he stammers.
"May I return to your home at a better hour? I'd like to discuss some things of a trifling nature if ye please." Nevin adds, eyes straining in the dark now that he's not an owl.
"Light? Are you mad?" the gryphon roars. "Light is an aspect of fire! This is a forest! A forest in which it hasn't rained for months! And anyhow clothes are totally unnecessary. It's not even the slightest bit cold."
(After that's over) "Are you requesting a social call, or business? Either way, send a messenger ahead of time and I'll make sure you don't catch sight of a stray teat anywhere."
Nevin frowns but decides not to anger the woman who can turn into beasts and tear a demon to bits.
"Understood, if ye could perhaps just lead us out of the woods then and we'll be on our way. It is business and social I'd have to say, I'll send this Knothead when I'm ready and we can have a nice chat. And again, I thank ye most kindly for this fast resolution." Nevin bows and then reaches up and grabs Glowan's tunic and pulls him down into a bow.
She tilts her head curiously at that. "If you're attempting to address me in the manner customary for my heartbeast, the gesture you're looking for is rolling over belly-up and exposing one's throat. That is, likewise, highly unnecessary. I do not know the land here yet, so perhaps your man here should do the leading." (She sponts Eyes of the Cat on him. Not gonna bother with the math because it's so low level and I know my arts are sufficient, just checking the roll to make sure I don't botch, which I don't. She'll wait two minutes and do the same for Nevin: also no botch.)
Glowan is sweating bullets as the spell is suddenly affecting him.
"Uh...m'lord...I think I can find the way...perhaps we should go...now?" he stammers as he looks about in shock.
Nevin is perhaps more used to such strangeness and almost bows again but thinks better of it. "We leave in peace and gratitude then. I'll send Glowan back another time to arrange a meeting, your genorisity and capabilities are most appreciated. Glowan, if you'll lead the way."
Once out of the woods they should be able to find their way back or at least to one of the shepherd's campsites.
I guess the main fallout would be with the shepherds. He'll tell them that the shepherd died of an animal attack, but the animal is gone now (best not to tell them that he was killed by a demon). If he can't make it back to the manor without transforming he'll go back to one of the shepherd's camps for the night. He plans on returning to the covenant to talk about some stuff, but that might go in in a new thread maybe?
