Fiona is thoroughly entranced by what they're doing (she's assuming for her), moaning softly. She licks her lips hungrily at Praxiteles's erection and lifts up her dress to take care of herself as she fantasizes about it. She matches Praxiteles's gaze as they finish. She still feels the need for more at the end, though.
"Here, Fiona, take this." He produces, and tosses a polished piece of black stone a bit larger than his own natural equipment. He dresses and then heads off to continue his work, while Alips and Fiona take care of themselves.

When they're (finally) done and Fiona feels satisfied, she asks Alips as she dresses, [color=blue]"If you have some time in a bit, will you be free to discuss your longevity ritual?"
"Sure, what's up? Why wait? I'm wide awake now."

[color=blue]"I've found a magus here in the covenant, Korvin of Mercere, who is able to invent a Ritual for you offering more than 20 magnitudes of protection...likely 22. If you would like him to experiment, he can add about two more magnitudes. His apprentice and I will be assisting him in the laboratory.
[color=blue]"This will not involve any additional travel on your part, and you would be able to continue staying here in your suite if you wish. And if Praxiteles wishes to stay, he would be welcome to. I don't know if we can find anything for him to do, however, off hand.
[color=blue]"If that meets with your approval, we can do it this fall."
"Well, Praxiteles will go to Confluensis, despite what I find out. I know him that well. And he has duty to his pater in Paris, too. That and it's a fun time hosting the Itinerarium and engaging in all kinds of debauchery of youth in the vibrant city of Paris. He would be relieved to have me occupied while he pursues his own pleasures. He knows I don't care to watch other men. I much prefer them be occupied with me." She laughs lasciviously.
[color=blue]"So, it sounds like we have a plan, then," Fiona says with a smile. [color=blue]"I know I'm very much looking forward to this, and I'm sure Korvin is, also.
[color=blue]"And I know what you mean about watching other men. I'd much rather be a participant than a spectator...even if I'm just participating a little bit. Although..." Fiona looks thoughtful for a minute.

She then leaves, puts her present from Praxiteles in her bedroom, and goes to see if Korvin is at his cottage or at the princeps's office in the Regio Manor House.
Answering the part, I left unanswered previously: single spell for the villa, as I understood it.
Is Korvin going to seek out Petronius? He's still around, conducting a site survey so he can do more intensive research next year.
And did Korvin want to try and bargain on the bath House?
If we can get the prices and quality negotiated, we can call it done and I can open up Tribunal...
Korvin wanted to bargain for the bath houses. The threads within this thread are fraying a bit and it is hard to track what is happening.
His plan is to approach Petronius next about the dorm buildings/general housing. If he is unable or unwilling to do it he will go to Alexei next to find the name of the Magus that built ME. Failing that he will put out feelers with Redcaps for possible people who could design and cast the spell.

"Praxiteles will do the bath house for 15 pawns of vis. He prefers Terram, but will accept some other types of Vis as substitutes. Vim, Creo, Corpus, and some Ignem."
Would you accept 6 pawns of ReTe vis? It is rather hard to come by but we have some.
"Praxiteles wouldn't have need of it, and would end up having to trade it to Petronius, who would like that kind of vis, I'm sure. Terram is a problem for us and I think we will want to hang on to our Creo and Corprus due to up coming longevity rituals. Since Praxiteles found the flaw in the spell I will offer you 2 rooks of Mentum today or 15 pawns of terram within a year of his starting the work. I will need time to arrange a trade from my House.
"I suppose Mentem would be fine. My husband doesn't really use it. Have you heard of Jerbiton sufficiency? My husband is the model for it. His Arts are sufficient to do the things he wants to do. So he spends time making works of art. And he's pushed his natural sculpting capabilities. He's even thought about trying to enroll in a university, but he would have to disguise himself, and he doesn't really care about illusions or changing his appearance, or appearing other than what he is."
Korvin leans over and gives her a passionate kiss. Deal. I'll bring the vis over this afternoon with the contract. Now I would love to dally with you but I must catch Petronius while he is here.
Korvin will try to catch Petronius at the caves. He will try not to disturb his research but will make sure that he is seen and lets Petronius know he wishes to talk for a moment.
After a brief search, Korvin locates Petronius in the caves, his new oak walking stick alight with magic, as he frowns at the entrance to one of smaller caves. The entrance is full of thick spiderwebs.
Sodalis. When you have some time I would like to speak with you.
"Hmmm? Yes, yes, of course." Petronius turns to Korvin, then points at a small form bundled into spider webs. "You seem to have a problem with some pest. Not the rat, by the way, but rather the spiders who caught it. There are several tunnels and caves that are blocked by extensive spiderwebs. Most annoying!"
Giving Korvin his full attention, he gesture towards the exit, "Shall we? Rufus doesn't like it in here. He says the spiders have a taste most foul." As the two magi return to the sun's light, Petronius asks, "What can I do for you, sodalis?"
As you might have heard, we are hosting the next Normandy Tribunal. Korvin continues without waiting for an acknowledgement. Viscaria ex Verditus has been acting on the Covenant's behalf to prepare for the event. She is doing a fine job but I fear her hubris has lead her bit off more than she can chew for the project. In short, I'm looking for a talented Magus to create a spell to make some structures that will be able to hold the magi that will attend the Tribunal in 1227. I wanted to ask if you are available for a contract to design such a spell and possibly cast it at the time.
Korvin will pull out the lab text. Your friend Praxiteles has agreed to complete the BathHouse for us. He found that that spell that Viscaria designed had a serious flaw in it. Hands the text to Petronius. As you can see the buildings are elaborate but only need last for a duration of the moon. We can willing to pay in vis to see this through. We do have some vis that is aligned to Rego Terram if that would interest you...
