A wizard in Lisbon has managed to acquire one of my feathers, and with it plans to craft an item with which he will cause much harm. This cannot be allowed, but I can neither act against one who has my feather nor take human form to act indirectly. You will act as my agent and prevent this enchantment from being cast."
