Sadly, consensus appear to like tC&tC, but I would still argue, that as a frequently used abbriviation, I'd give The Cradle and the Crescent priority over Causa et Cura any day. How often do we see references that one?
(And if you mean the scenario, I'd point out that you're responding to a more than 2 years old post, and no-one seems to have needed to refer to that scenario in that time.)
