I'm looking at Aeolus, Magical Horse in RoP:M p.35.
The horse has great quickness, but by his stats, it is quickness +2. Is there a mistake, or am I missing something?
Did you take into account the Size to calculate the Base Qik? Remember that each Size increment lowers the final Qik value.
You are missing that adjustments to Str and Qik for Size were done after virtues and qualities were applied to the characteristics.
So, including Great Quickness, Aeolus had Str 0 and Qik +4 before adjusting for his +2 Size, increasing Str by 4 and lowering Qik by 2.
