I'm on the look out for any condensed 2 page character sheets for ArM5 for my players atm, as I find that the standard 4 page one has a lot of excess space and info on it - also, the spells page isnt great, with only space for 10 spells....most of my players have that or more start out of gaunlet....so, anyone have any links or recommandations for alternatives?
I use Excel documents (one each for Mages/Companions/Grogs) based on something I downloaded for 4th edition. I have heavily customised them to bring them to 5th edition, improve them and include house rules.
The mages sheet is still 4 pages, though one side is for narrative background/game history and familiar. I find that long-lasting characters gain lots of information to record, such as a wide variety of abilities, lots of history etcetera.
Actually, I made a nice spell sheet, with more room for information about the spells. There are still only 10 spells or less in it, but you can just print out as many as you need. Post your e-mail, I'll send it to you
Well, being the terrible person that I am and wanting to avoid housework, I spent the morning making a Character sheet using open office (oh the joys) - I have a 2 page sheet with what i consider the most importants bit, apart from a spell list and seasonal record bit...
I'd happily put it up for grabs, but I dont have a personal webiste to host files on, but if anyone knows any good RPG sites where it can be uploaded, throw me a link and I'll post it up (its a adobe doc, not a spreadsheet btw..)
Here is an uncompleted file based on the design of the latter-day Dungeon-magazine character statblock. It includes a spreadsheet to generate the character and a linked word-processor (2-page) document to display the info. It is written in OpenOffice, but using the .doc format so that Word can open the word-processor file. I think the design is nice and sleek, but perhaps too condensed for ease of play; perhaps you'll find it useful for ideas, even if not as a fuill character sheet.
Edit :NOT SAFE FOR WORK. The character is a bit... sensual. Nothing too much, but perhaps you don't want a scantly-clad female on your screen when your boss cames in...
Also, the intention is to edit this file in Word as the character advances, not on the sheet itself. That allows more condensing (which is vital for a 2-page sheet). Likewise, the first sheet is intended to suffice for all the in-session needs, all the relevant stats (V&F, spells, and so on).
