Bill in Three, for N°3

Has anyone adapted (the most cool-ass adventure in the History of Cliomancy) "Bill in Three Persons" for 3rd Edition?

In my opinion, 3rd edition doesn't work as well with pregen adventures. The big idea in 3rd edition is the relationships in the group and the groups objectives. With a group as detailed as you are called to make with 3rd edition rules, it is hard to fit generic adventures to the party, let alone the weirdness that Unknown Armies has. If you are just looking at running it as a one shot, then I am not sure what advantage 3rd edition gives you.

Then there is the whole issue of Count St Germain being very very different now.
