The wolfish features say the Bjornaer mystery of theriomorphy, but the crazy outfit says criamon.
Perhaps their take is " We won't escape from the circle of time without bringing some animals with us."
If they were larger I'd say Muspelli

A bjornaer mystic of sorts is my take. I wonder if it is an image of pure spellcasting or if it has mystical or religious significance too.
Maybe just a criamon with the monstrous appearance flaw.
