Looking back at the spells that I had in mind, I think they are all Intellego, yes. Or certainly we could limit it to that if it's a requirement. Knocking down obstacles while actually on a hunt could also fall into 'hunting' but I'm not certain that would fall within the rules. Mostly it's the spells she uses to find people or stuff.
Just checking back here to see if everything is good here, particularly with the Minor Focus?

Have you tought about Performance Magic (Hunt)? Seems like it could be useful for Leah if she is going to lean heavily in spells to help her while hunting (given her minor focus, it seems she wil?).
Yeah I don't have any objections to what you described for the focus.
I'd even say that Intellego spells like Eyes of the Eagle which boost her sight, hearing, smell, etc would all be fitting.
So yeah, feel free to go ahead and start chugging along with the rest!
