Character Generation: Curricula

With ArM Anno 2024, my long-standing interest in generating package-based character generation has surfaced once more. What would a curriculum look like? I've been thinking in terms of electives in high school or college.
For instance, Mind Manipulation 101 gives Rego and Muto 6 xp each and Mentem 10. Similar approaches could apply to abilities. E.g., Foundations of Wizarding I gives Magic Theory 10, Latin 20; FoW II MT 10, Latin 20; and FoW III MT 10, Latin 10, Artes Liberales 5, Parma Magica 5.
What other "classes" would you envision and how would you structure XP?
