The base income for a covenant will be 10 lbs of silver per year plus 15 pounds per magus in the covenant when it begins play. Depending on the season and tribunal some virtues and flaws may be restricted (for example, the tribunal of the greater alps will never be felicitous to a spring covenant), as may the application of build points. Build points similarly will vary by tribunal and season, rules for each tribunal will be posted in that tribunal. Rules regarding all covenants will be posted here.
