My question is : When you create something with Creo, does the item disappear at the end of duration e.g a chair created with Sun Duration?

I understand about CrCo spells being needed to permanently to heal wounds & be a ritual to boot.

Food created without Vis loses it's nutritional value at the end of spell?

Please advise

Yes. If the spell doesn't use Vis and isn't a ritual then the item disappears at the end of the duration.

Food consumed could have odd effects if the duration is long like D:Moon. This has been oft discussed in the forum. When I get to a keyboard I can probably find the links.
